Chief Judge Henry N. Brown, Jr. BIOGRAPHICAL DATA Date of Birth: 12/30/41 Born in Bienville Parish, his family moved to Bossier City in 1944. His father, Henry Brown, Sr., was a civil engineer with the state highway department for 44 years, and his mother, Louise Craighead Brown, was a school teacher who retired from the Bossier Parish School system. Daughter, Ashley, is working on a master’s degree in education and son, Jason, is an attorney practicing in Bossier City, Louisiana.
